Now you can manage your Spotify audio from your wrist.
Spotify on Wednesday announced its new application for Wear OS smartwatches. The application allows you select a tune or playlist, and pause, enjoy or skip tracks on your smartwatch. That way you will not likely have to pull out your cellphone in the center of a jog if a tune you do not like will come on.
Spotify also partnered with the Fossil Team to preinstall the Spotify application on all Fossil Gen 4 and Michael Kors Access Runway smartwatches.
The audio-streaming services has earlier appeared on Samsung and Garmin smartwatches, but with this new application Spotify will be a lot more broadly accessible on smartwatches that operate Google’s Put on OS application.
Spotify is nevertheless not accessible on the Apple Watch, but that might alter now that Apple’s WatchOS five allows offline playback from third-party music apps.
